By using Astra ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Bot. **1. Use of the Bot**\
1.1. Astra is provided as a Discord bot designed to enhance server functionality with features like moderation, giveaways, analytics, premium perks, and more.\
1.2. You must comply with **Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines** while using Astra.\
1.3. **Misuse** of Astra, including but not limited to spamming commands, exploiting bugs, or violating Discord policies, may result in a ban from using the Bot.

2.1. Some features are exclusive to **premium users** and require a **valid premium purchase or subscription**.\
2.2. **No refunds** will be issued once a premium purchase is made unless required by applicable laws.\
2.3. **Misuse of premium features**, including unauthorized access or resale, may result in **revocation of premium benefits without a refund**.

3.1. Astra may store **server-related data** such as configuration settings, modmail logs, or giveaway entries to provide its services.\
3.2. **User data is not sold or shared** with third parties. Data is only used to enhance bot functionality and improve user experience.\
3.3. You can **request the removal of stored data** by contacting support in Astra’s official Discord server.

**4. Bot Availability & Liability**\
4.1. Astra is provided "**as-is**" with **no guarantees of uptime, performance, or continued availability**.\
4.2. We are **not responsible** for any **server disruptions, lost data, or issues caused by Astra’s use**.\
4.3. Astra's developers **may modify, remove, or limit features at any time without prior notice**.

**5. Prohibited Use**\
5.1. You may **not** use Astra to:

* Violate **Discord’s Terms of Service** or any **applicable laws**.
* Automate or manipulate **raids, spam, harassment, or abuse**.
* Attempt to **reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the bot** in any way.

**6. Enforcement & Termination**\
6.1. The Astra team **reserves the right** to **restrict, suspend, or permanently ban** users or servers that violate these terms.\
6.2. The bot's **access may be revoked without warning** if it is found to be misused or causes harm to other users or communities.
